Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) vide its Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, has announced the introduction of a common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”), to streamline the existing dispute resolution mechanism in the Indian securities market by establishing a common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (ODR) which harnesses online conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes.
Disputes between Investors/Clients and Raconteur Global Resources Limited
(Listed Entity), including Bishare Services Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTAs) will be resolved in accordance with the aforementioned circular.

Holders of physical securities in listed companies are required to comply with the SEBI circular number SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated 16 March 2023 and shall furnish the PAN, KYC details in accordance with the Circular attached herewith including Nomination by holders of physical securities.
